Infrastructure and accommodation for Speakers
The invitation (after the submitted abstract has been successfully accepted by the local committee) includes the access to all plenary sessions during the Central Asian Cultures Conference 2020 (13 February 2020, 09.00h - 15 February 2020, 18.00h), including Food & Beverages and accommodation during the conference (booked & arranged by the local committee).
Speakers wishing to stay at another hotel will have to organize and finance such individual accommodations themselves.

Travel grants for Speakers
The Society has a limited fund to support international travel in economy class of Speakers (upon acceptance of a submitted abstract). Please click here for further information.
